Christmas and your feet
During the holidays one of the things to consider when walking around the house is wearing a slipper or shoe. Now more than ever people are home due to the holidays and walking barefoot or without support around their house. This can lead to problems with your feet and pain. Prevent this during the holidays by supporting your feet during this extended period of being at home. Ask Dr. Thomas about some ways to do this.
